1. Planning - we assist organisations to plan the enhancement of operational capability or specific components of their operations.   Our planning methods are heavily orientated to short duration workshops producing a of program schedule designed to meet required objectives.

2. Program Management - we program manage the implementation of your capability development - co-ordinating the traditionally separate areas of IT systems - business process improvement and people development - into an operationally focused - integrated series of activities to enhance an organisation’s existing capabilities or develop new capabilities.

3. Business process analysis and design - we specialise in designing customer centric business processes that provide comprehensive service to customers.   While this may appear obvious - our experience is that many business processes are designed from an internal organisation centric view - whereas our approach uses internal arrangements or Operational Level Agreements to design process as coherent services.

4. IT Systems Selection – we are extremely experienced in selecting appropriate IT Systems within the context of improving operational capability. Many applications contain good practice elements that provide improved processes - and the adoption of these systems often changes the emphasis from process design and application development to organisation change management and team capability development.

5. Team capability development – we can work on developing the ability of separate teams across an organisation so that they operate together to provide an end service to a common customer. This concentrates on the people elements covered in our business process analysis and design capability and includes organisational design and structure to ensure they support the service delivery.

6. Leadership development and individual coaching - The competencies of an individual are a major component of operational capability. These competencies can be technical (necessary to perform a task) - or behavioural (necessary to perform in the work place). We specialise in assisting with the development of the behavioural aspects - concentrating on the development of leadership and supervisory competencies.
