obvious - our experience is that many business processes are designed
from an internal organisation centric view - whereas our approach uses
internal arrangements or Operational Level Agreements to design process
as coherent services.

– we are extremely experienced in selecting appropriate IT Systems
within the context of improving operational capability. Many
applications contain good practice elements that provide improved
processes - and the adoption of these systems often changes the emphasis
from process design and application development to organisation change
management and team capability development.

organisation so that they operate together to provide an end service to
a common customer. This concentrates on the people elements covered in
our business process analysis and design capability and includes
organisational design and structure to ensure they support the service

task) - or behavioural (necessary to perform in the work place). We
specialise in assisting with the development of the behavioural aspects
- concentrating on the development of leadership and supervisory
