The scope of our coverage includes
the delivery of information technology - finance and human resource
management services. Our BPO process comprises five phases that cover the
entire Sourcing Lifecycle. These phases are:

BPO strategy
– we assist clients in developing their strategies including conducting
a baseline assessment of current processes/services - identifying
providers - developing business cases - and identifying actions to
improve retained functions.

Go to market
– we assist clients with the end-to-end “go to market” process -
including defining business requirements and developing and distributing
market tender documents that include statements of work - service-levels
- pricing models and other contract schedules.

Evaluation process
– we assist clients in selection of the preferred provider by using an
unbiased evaluation framework. The evaluation process extends to the
conduct of due diligence activities on and by the provider as well as
managing the provider.

Negotiation and
selection – we assist clients through the
negotiation process by establishing a negotiation strategy and
conducting a negotiation that results in the development of a flexible -
comprehensive agreement. We can lead the negotiation or advise the
client’s negotiation team as required.

Ongoing management
- we assist with the development of client
/ provider action plans that ensure continual alignment of service
delivery with business objectives and requirements. We do this by
conducting objective assessments of the relationship to determine if the
agreement continues to be fair in terms of price and / or service
quality.
