Michael
Saunders' area of
expertise is strategic management and leadership -
particularly in developing business capability through the
use of technology. He has been responsible for driving
innovation and change through organisations through
transformational leadership - systems and process
development and organisational design and change. He has
operated across Australia - New Zealand - India - Hong Kong
and Singapore and has a wide range of management experience
gained through a diverse career - which includes consulting
appointments within the IT and mining industry - senior government
appointments and 23 years in the Defence Force.
Michael is the former leader of Gartner’s
Information Technology Management Consulting Practice in
Asia Pacific.
